Is the constant threat of Corbyn affecting the property market?

Although Theresa May won the vote of no confidence in her own party as well as the motion of no confidence in government, Jeremy Corbyn remains of the opinion that May's party lost the right to govern. But what would happen, if Labour led by Corbyn made their way into government? Would this be a threat to the property market?
