Alan has guided the firm’s evolution from development into a multi-disciplined real estate company. He now leads a dedicated in-house team that provides clients with a seamless, single point of contact for all their property needs.

Claudia is a RIBA-registered architect and interior designer with 10 years of experience working on complex properties, including many Grade I and II listed buildings. She creates bespoke designs that elevate the space and enhance functionality while respecting the character and heritage of each property.

Always ahead of trends, Claudia brings innovative ideas tailored to each project, balancing aesthetic appeal with practical considerations. With a sharp focus on value, costs, and timelines, she uses her expertise in navigating planning constraints and construction challenges to deliver design solutions that leave a lasting impression.

Rory’s entire working life has been in property, and for the last 15 years, he has specialised as a professional Project Manager, successfully delivering a wide range of schemes of varying shapes, sizes, and complexities. Much of his portfolio includes high-end residential projects for both private clients and developers.

His experience allows him to anticipate challenges before they arise, keeping projects on track in terms of costs, timelines, and standards, while ensuring the final result reflects the vision of the end user.

Hamza holds Master’s degrees in Architecture and Management, acting as the bridge between Landmass’s three core areas. He leads development site appraisals and due diligence, manages investor relations, produces market reports, and oversees the preparation of technical building drawings.

With international experience across the UK, France, and the African continent, Hamza has worked on residential, hospitality, and office projects. He believes that the most critical factors in any project are creativity, cost, and time—and he ensures these are carefully balanced at every stage.

Peter has worked as a consulting Structural Engineer on over 700 Residential and Commercial Projects, ranging from £100k loft conversions to £350m schemes in Central London.

In parallel with working as an Engineer, Peter has completed 10 Residential Developments in the South East of England and Midlands with GDVs ranging from £200k to £700k. His role at Landmass is to acquire commercial properties that are appropriate to convert into residential flats either through permitted development rights or full planning.
