Alan Waxman - Founder and Chief Executive

Being on the real estate market for 20 years now, Alan found that proactive ways to approach new business are the game changer in a market that is undergoing so many changes.

Having founded Landmass originally as a property development company, he has experienced that to achieve success you often have to think out of the box.

Using the given space the best possible way and coming up with innovative solutions for the layout, is what makes the difference in the way Landmass approaches space planning.

If not in the office Alan can often be found cycling around London or skiing in Verbier.

Claudia Rossi - Head of Architecture & Interior Design

As Landmass' Head of Architecture and Interior Design, Claudia is constantly on the lookout for new innovative space planning and design ideas.

Being her favourite city, Claudia moved to London to build her professional career here after her Master in Architecture from the University of Genoa.

Claudia is a RIBA chartered architect and has broad experiences in high end residential and art galleries and is passionate about Utopia and everything related to design.

If not in the office Claudia can be found in markets searching for individual pieces for her own or clients' homes.
