As Landmass' Head of Architecture and Interior Design, Claudia is constantly on the lookout for new innovative space planning and design ideas.
Being her favourite city, Claudia moved to London to build her professional career here after her Master in Architecture from the University of Genoa.
Claudia is a RIBA chartered architect and has broad experiences in high end residential and art galleries and is passionate about Utopia and everything related to design.
If not in the office Claudia can be found in markets searching for individual pieces for her own or clients' homes.
Jessica has been bridging Chinese capital to UK business opportunities and provide UK firms with Chinese business culture education and China market entry strategies over the past 3 years.
Her main focus areas include looking after existing Chinese clients and helping them with Landmass expertise as well as developing China market in both UK and China.
Having a Master in Education from Cambridge University, she is also an experienced educator and skilled in creative language (Mandarin Chinese) teaching and

James is Landmass’ Head of Acquisitions and Development. His role involves taking charge of the Landmass property sourcing service, looking in detail at all possible sites and offering detailed analysis.
He has been working in property for over 15 years and is very experienced through out the whole development spectrum. He particularly enjoys trying to find an alternative angle on sites, that perhaps others don’t see. James has experience with projects from mews houses in Chelsea to barn conversions in Sussex, so is well versed in the complexities of projects.
If not in the office, James can be found either playing or watching sport or more likely running around after his 2 young children.
Diogo is Landmass' expert for everything visual - from brochures and flyers, project imagery to pictures and videos for our social media appearance.
Being a true creative, he constantly comes up with new, innovative ideas for Landmass' marketing as well as for our clients of the Development Consultancy service.
Having lived and worked in London for seven years now, Diogo knows everything that is going on in the city.
If not in the office Diogo can be found around in London filming and taking pictures.
With a degree in Interior Architecture & Design (BA Hons) and after gaining first practical experiences, she moved to London to pursue her design dreams in the big city.
Karolina lives and breathes anything Aesthetic and is also highly interested in sustainable architecture and design. She hopes to achieve a PhD one day and write a book.
If not in the office Karolina can be found exploring old bookstores and expanding her private book collection. Karolina is supporting our interior design from a to z and brings valuable skills and a fresh mindset to the creative team.
