We will create a detailed client profile for you in order to narrow down the search. The profile is based on your budget, purpose of purchase, location and size requirements.
With access to properties both on and off market, we will access properties that match the criteria outlined in your profile. We will then create a shortlist of properties, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each.
Having compiled a list of suitable properties, we will visit these properties with you.
When we have found a suitable property for you, we will proceed with a feasibility study. Finally, we will negotiate the best price for the property of your choice.
From your vision, taste and brief we will get to know your living requirements and personal style. This knowledge will be used to conceive the best possible design options.
You will be presented with a series of layout options and design solutions. This will be accompanied by cost and time implications.
After preparing the construction documentation, the project will be put out to tender to several contractors.
